To help provide timely service to our patients, we prefer to schedule all visits in advance. No walk-ins, please!

Please call our office at 970-591-9559 to speak with one of our support staff today. This will ensure that your appointment is scheduled appropriately.

If you arrive 10 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, we will do our best to accommodate you by working you back into the schedule or offering an appointment with another provider. However, out of consideration for our other patients, we may need to ask you to reschedule.

All visits require a scheduled appointment. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911. If you are experiencing an urgent issue, please call our main number to speak with a member of our clinical staff.

We are unable to accommodate walk-in visits. If you arrive without an appointment, we will ask you to schedule a visit for a later date when availability allows.
